The Blended Learning Programs (BLP) initiative of IEEE is an education based business initiative that is looking
to cater to the wide employability gap between the skill levels of the Electrical and Electronics engineers
coming out of Indian tech colleges and the industry requirements.

Target Audience is of two kinds :
Students, freshers and career starters who are seeking additional technical skills for better job placement, salary hike and career growth. These users are the primary target audience because they are the ones taking the course, and use the site repeatedly over the course of time.
Institutional and Corporate heads and their Managers are secondary target audience because they’re not directly involved in taking the course, also most users are notified of the courses through third-party sources(including PAs and assistants). They are constantly trying to increase performance, bring efficient solutions to the system, stay relevant in industry and stand out from competition.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the user research undertaken by IEEE through user interviews and building personas to list out target audeience goals, needs and pain points.
- Establishing an information architecture by developing sitemap.
- Developing high fidelity wireframes for website and mobile with content laid out.
- Establishing visual language and design the UI for the website.
- Documenting a design handout for front-end team to prototype the site.

How can IEEE's Blended Learning Program help students and job seeks to develop their skills in order to be in par with industry standards and also to bring up the efficiency of teams. The Blended Learning Program is a platform that aims to promote classroom training from industry experts by implementing video based teaching modules on it's website.
